Laugh Your Way To Wellness – A six-week Journey of Laughter Yoga

Gain the benefits of laughter yoga that combines the healing benefits of yoga and laughter and is done standing or seated, wearing everyday clothes, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.

Phillipa Challis OAM aka The Laughter Lady and CEO of her business Live Life Laughing will facilitate the laughter yoga each week. Known in the laughter industry for having brought laughter yoga to Victoria 22 years ago, the Geelong Advertiser gave her the title Queen of Chuckle because Phillipa guarantees she will put a smile on your face.

The focus of the six-week fun filled Laughter Yoga workshop is to enhance your resilience and improve your physical, mental and emotional health. Laughter has the power to positively impact a person’s quality of life!
