Tuesdays: 8 October – 17 December 9:30 – 10:30am (no class 19/11)
Cost: $123 per term (10 weeks) or $15 session Code: 24-4HW2
*Please note Melbourne Cup Day will incur an extra $3 due to being a public holiday
Fridays: 11 October – 20 December 9.15 – 10.15am (no class 15/11, 22/11)
Cost: $108 per term (9 weeks) or $15 session Code: 24-4HW3

Pilates Classes – Beginners

Pilates is suitable for EVERYBODY regardless of your age, size and ability.
In this beginners class we will focus on balance, posture, core strength and flexibility.
It can be modified to suit any level of fitness.
Pilates gets your body moving…. But it does so much more. Regular practice connects you to your breath and challenges your powerhouse muscles and fine tunes your body!!
