You are most welcome to join in our low cost classes to ensure a healthy life balance and increase your fitness, make new friends while participating in a variety of creative arts activities with other like minded people, share your skills and interests – even become a volunteer!
The Geelong West Neighbourhood House is now in its 16th year of operation since it was formed in late 2009.
We are offering membership to the Neighbourhood House for the upcoming year. Membership entitles you to receive special invitations to events, such as our upcoming launch of our renovations, and to have a vote or stand for committee at our AGM. It also supports our house to meet it’s obligations. Membership is now only $2 per year . See the office for details and a form.
Earlier this year we were involved in the “Know Your Neighbourhood House” project with http://www.nhbarwon.org.au/ to produce a video of who we are and what we do, with funding from City of Greater Geelong. Here is the link to the video, thank you to all who volunteered their time to be a part of it. We think it’s pretty special!!

Can’t believe Pako Festa is over! We had a blast, and met a ton of wonderful community members. What a day! 🔥☀️😀
We had some beautiful craft and creative play happening in the hall all day🥰
It was so busy that we didn’t really get a chance to chat much, so if you had a good time or you have some feedback, like 👍🏽 comment 💬 below or tag us in a photo, or you can also drop into the office or give us a call.
Thanks again to geelongwesttoylibrary for beautiful toys, to Geelong Regional Libraries for books for our chillout room and City of Greater Geelongfor supporting us to put on this event for the community.
You know who else deserves a shout out? All the volunteers who made this day possible. We had a bunch of volunteers helping us today, we can’t thank them enough.💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏
