About Community Kitchens

Community Kitchens are small groups that meet weekly to cook, share, and enjoy healthy, affordable meals together. It’s a fun, social way to try new recipes, get out of the rut of “same old dinners,” and explore creative cooking with others.

Along the way, you’ll also:

  • enjoy delicious food with new friends

  • pick up cooking and meal-planning skills you can use at home

  • build confidence and teamwork in a relaxed, welcoming environment

Details of the Community Kitchen at Geelong West Neighbourhood House:

When: Wednesdays, 10am – 1pm (during term time)

Cost: $7 to cover ingredients (usually a main and a side)
