Join us for a traditional Hatha style yoga class suitable for all levels – absolute beginners to experienced practitioners, in a non-competitive friendly environment. Alita will guide you through breathing techniques, gentle stretches and rotations of joints to release tension, plus energizing strengthening and balancing sequences to keep the body and mind happy, healthy and harmonized. Class concludes with a guided relaxation to restore and rejuvenate.

Introducing our new Chair Yoga class, a mindful movement class aimed at people who might not be able to attend a regular mat yoga class, including people with mobility issues, stiff joints, injuries, or those who cannot get down on the floor. Chair Yoga is practiced sitting in a chair along with optional standing sequences.
It can help improve strength, joint health, spinal mobility, balance, posture, breathing & heart health, as well as create more resilience in the nervous system. All of these benefits can aid in reducing stress, preventing falls and keeping the body, mind & spirit happy and healthy for greater well-being. Class includes breathing practices, stretches, joint rotations & strengthening sequences, concluding with a lovely guided relaxation. No yoga experience necessary. If you can breathe you can do Chair Yoga!
