Come and join this hands on workshop where you will make your own Halloumi. Learn the fundamentals of how to make cheese in a comfortable, relaxed learning environment with an experienced tutor and a group of interested people. Halloumi, A Gourmet Style Fetta and Ricotta. Need to bring a Container for your Halloumi, another one for the ricotta and a Jar for the Fetta, a Pen, an Apron and snack.
