The first event in our Healthy Ageing Talks series is titled The Life. Our guest speaker will be Hugh Degaris, an Exercise Physiologist from Kieser Geelong, and presenter of The Life program. The Life is a free program funded by Diabetes Victoria and the State Government. This amazingly informative program is conducted by Health Professionals and aims to provide important education on living well as you age.
