Renovations

Our centre will be closed for renovations from Monday March 27 and will reopen Tuesday May 2. Some of our classes will be relocated to other venues during this time, your tutor will provide you with details of the alternative venue.

Our office will be closed during this period of time and unable to take payments. All payments will be accepted during term 2, which will start after May 2.

Community Arts Projects

In 2022, Geelong Neighbourhood House offered a series of exciting Community Arts Projects. These were called Buildings of Pako, The Growling Grass Frog and Balyang Sanctuary. In partnership with Geelong West Library they have been successfully exhibited and open to public viewing at the library. The Balyang Sanctuary artworks are currently on display at Geelong West Library.

Class price increase

We want to inform you of our price increases for term 4 and beyond.

We have not had a price increase since 2016!!

Our Committee of Management recently voted on a small increase to offset our rising overhead costs.

You will notice a slight increase for most of our classes, in most cases, this will only be a few dollars per class. If this increase causes a problem for you, please talk to our Coordinator, Lisa or email info@gwnh.org.au
