Fetta cheese is the basis of so many wonderful dishes, why not come and learn how to make it!! This hands on practical workshop will teach you how to make your own Traditional Cypriot Fetta, with instructions for Danish and Persian Fetta. One product, three ways to modify it for personal taste.
You will also make Sour Cream with instructions for Cultured Butter, and lastly your own Ricotta to take home too.
Cheese is not difficult to make so let’s get “curdy” and join me in showing you just how easy it is.
