Position title: Administration Officer
Geelong West Neighbourhood House (GWNH)
Part-time | 30 hours per fortnight | Fixed-term (2 years)

About the Role
We’re seeking an organised and community-minded Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of GWNH. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for classes, workshops, and community development activities.
 
You’ll work closely with the GWNH Manager and the Committee of Management to:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries.
  • Assist with bookings, payments, and record-keeping.
  • Help implement marketing activities and newsletters.
  • Help maintain facilities and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Classification & Conditions
Neighbourhood House Employee, SCHADS Award Level 2 under the NHACE Collective Agreement 2024. Conditions and entitlements apply as per the Agreement.
