GWNH’s new class enrolment: Social Planet

Announcing our new enrolment system! 

We’re officially announcing that we’re rolling out a new enrolment system! We wanted to let you know that we’re using the Australian company “Social Planet” for class bookings, so if you see an email from us through “Social Planet”, don’t be alarmed!  

Of course, if you do have any questions or concerns about any communications from us, feel free to drop by the office or give us a call. 

Thank you in advance to all those who have been patiently waiting for info about how to enrol in your favourite class(es). So, along with the new software, we’re trialling a couple of ways of doing things. 

Put simply, we know that signing up to a new system can be a drag so we’re trying to make it simple and as fair as possible. 

So, if you’re currently a regular in a particular class, we’ll transfer you into that class for next term – but you need to help us.  

What do you need to do? Tell us by Friday 25 April that you’d like to take up your spot and it’s yours. We can then arrange for payment (see below for a range of easy ways to pay). 

What happens if you miss that deadline? We’ll assume that you don’t want the spot and will open it up to the public. 

Ways you can let GWNH know that you want to take up your spot for term 2: 

• Email (this one is our preference) 

• Drop in to the office and let us know 

• Call the office on 5270 2400; if you can’t get through leave a message with your name and the class you want to attend 

Making payments

On the topic of making payments, we have a range of ways to do so (most of them easier than in the past): 

• Bank/debit/credit card payments at the office 

• Debit/credit card payments over the phone 

• Invoicing & Bank transfer (we can email you an invoice with our new system!) 

• Credit/debit payments will be available on the website in future 

In line with our recent announcements, we’re encouraging cashless payments as a general rule. If you’re really stuck on the topic of payments, come and chat with us.
